1. General provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Bugalteri mobile app and the website bugalteri.com. The service is provided by LLC Bugalteri Application (ID 406561732), referred to below as "we" or "the provider". By using the app or the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

Bugalteri is a mobile app for Georgian accountants and entrepreneurs. It brings together tax deadline reminders, rs.ge waybills and invoices, cash register Z-reports, National Bank exchange rates and accountant calculators in one place. The service is a supporting tool and does not replace professional tax or legal advice.

3. Account registration

Some features require creating an account with an email address. You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. The information you provide must be accurate and truthful.

4. Subscription and free period

Bugalteri is available on a subscription model. Every new user receives a free trial period of 7 days, during which the service is free to use. After the trial ends, continuing to use the service requires activating a subscription. The current price and subscription terms are shown in the app and in your personal space at the moment of payment. The provider may change the price, but any change does not affect a period that has already been paid for.

5. Payment

Card payments are processed through a secure payment system. Full card details are handled by a licensed payment provider and the bank, and we do not store your card number or security code on our servers. During payment a recurring payment token may be saved for automatic renewal of the subscription, if you choose so. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time.

6. Refunds

The service can be evaluated in full during the 7-day free trial, at no cost and with no payment. Because of this trial, a payment made after the trial period, as a fee for a digital service already provided, is not refundable. For details see the Refund policy page.

7. User obligations

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. It is not allowed to interfere with the operation of the service or its infrastructure, to attempt unauthorized access, to misuse other people's data, or to copy, decompile or resell the app's code without the provider's consent.

8. Intellectual property

The Bugalteri app, its design, logo, code and content are the property of the provider and are protected by copyright. A subscription gives you the right to use the service, but does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep tax deadlines, exchange rates and rs.ge data as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee the availability and accuracy of third-party data (for example the Revenue Service or the National Bank). Final responsibility for meeting tax obligations correctly and on time stays with the user. The provider is not liable for indirect damage that may arise from using the service.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service, cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time. The provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these terms.

11. Changes

The provider may update these terms from time to time. In case of a significant change the information will be published on this page with the update date. Continued use of the service is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Any dispute between the parties is resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, through the courts of Georgia.
