The short version

Bugalteri was built to keep tax deadlines, waybills and invoices in one place for accountants and entrepreneurs. Your data is your own business, not a product we sell. On this page we want to explain in plain words what information we keep, where it is stored, and who can see it and when.

What stays only on your phone

Your list of companies, tax statuses, the turnover you enter, payment notes and other financial records are stored only on your device. This information is not sent anywhere automatically and does not appear on our servers. If you delete the app or clear its data, these records are removed from the phone as well.

rs.ge connection and passwords

To connect to rs.ge services you need a service user and password. These are kept only on your phone, encrypted, in the device's secure storage. We do not keep them on our servers and do not write them to logs. When a waybill or an invoice is loaded, this data is sent only to carry out that specific request and is not kept anywhere once the request is complete. You can change the password or disconnect at any time from the company page.

What goes to the cloud if you sign in

Signing in to an account is optional. If you sign in so that your data is available on several devices, the cloud stores only your email and the non-financial part of the company, for example its name, identification code and tax status. Amounts, turnover and other financial details are not sent to the cloud and stay on your phone. If you use the app as a guest, even this non-financial part never leaves the device.

How we connect to rs.ge and the National Bank

To work with waybills and invoices the app connects to the Revenue Service, and for exchange rates it uses the open data of the National Bank of Georgia. This connection happens only when you request the data yourself. Our server acts only as an intermediary at that moment and does not collect your data.

Notifications

To remind you about tax deadlines the app sends you notifications. Reminders are scheduled on your device, and you can turn them off at any time from the phone's or the app's settings.

Third-party services

The app uses Google Firebase for sign-in, synchronization and notifications. It also connects to the Revenue Service (rs.ge) and the National Bank (nbg.gov.ge). These services have their own rules and their own privacy terms apply to them.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not show ads. We do not track your activity for marketing purposes. We do not collect data that the app does not need to work.

Your control

You can delete a company, disconnect the rs.ge link, sign out of your account or delete the app at any time. When a company is deleted, its local financial records and its encrypted rs.ge data are also removed from the device.

Changes to this policy

Over time, as new features are added to the app, this text may be updated. In case of a significant change you will find the relevant information in the app.
