7-day free trial

Bugalteri offers every new user a 7-day free trial. During this period all features of the service are free to use and no payment is taken. The trial exists specifically so that you can fully evaluate the product before taking on any financial commitment.

Subscription activation

After the trial ends, the service continues only by your own choice, by actively activating a subscription. A payment is taken only after you decide to activate the subscription.

Refund condition

Since you get 7 days to fully evaluate the product without paying, a payment made after the trial period, as a fee for a digital service already provided, is not refundable. When a subscription is cancelled, the service stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and no further charge is taken.

Exceptions

If a technical fault caused a double charge, or a payment was made by a clear error, contact us and we will review the case individually. An amount confirmed to have been charged in error is returned to the same card it was paid from.
